It is rumored that the Sonalika Tractor company that makes the Solis tractor is talking about opening Solis dealerships here in the states . No real info on what they are doing with Yanmar but it's believed that arrangement will go away. If they do, we all know that they will have a large amount of work to do in setting up what it takes to sell in the states. As I have said before when looking to purchase a tractor: Parts, will they have a full compliment of parts in a warehouse, not like Yanmar had, if parts have to come from India when can you expect delivery. Service: how many support people in the office, Will they have field service reps, how many, there locations and their training: Manuals, will they be paper or online: Training, Where will training be located for dealer techs. how many trainers, and type of training, what is their definition of training? This is an important aspect for the customer and dealer as the training they provided for Yanmar wasn't not training as we know it. We'll see whether this all happens a little later or not but it is interesting. Remember, price is only one aspect of the purchase
