We just had a teaching experience that I thought it may help if I share. The short of it is that we have a 19 y/o grandson that was denied entry to the country when he arrived at the airport in the UK. What we know at this point about the reasoning was a combination of funds that he had with him and they felt that the itinerary wasn't detailed enough for a two week stay. He was meeting a friend there and it seemed like those things were handled between the two of them. Disappointing for all involved for sure. So the moral of the story may be find a way to do your due diligence and just not assume as we did that his entry wouldn't be an issue.
