Snowplow on Tractor

I saw this on a tractor in Burlington VT. They use it to clean parking lots. I looked at it and looks like a very good job. It is a Fisher plow. The only thing I'm not to sure about is the hydraulic setup. Fisher uses single acting cylinders.


I do wish it was my tractor /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif.

Any idea on the HP of this tractor?
