Snowblowin\' pics

Well, I finally had a chance to use my MF GC2300 with the snowblower. Up until now we've gotten snow, then thaw (or rain). I finally had enough of a base built up to where I felt the blower would work. It did great! A few sudden wind shifts woke me up quickly, but I sure can't complain about the blower. The GC2300 is pretty close to Kub's 2200 (now 2230) for those of you who have been yearning for pics of that machine!

Re: Snowblowin\' pics

Last pic. Blower threw snow about 30 feet and never broke a shear bolt! My lucky day, I guess...

Looks like it's a lot of fun, or would be from the inside of a well heated cab. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Re: Snowblowin\' pics

Looks great. Nothing I prefer to do than play in the snow. Have always thought about getting a blower then think about how much fun the kids have in 10' high piles (see pic) I make with the blade on the FEL. Hope those are memories that will stay with them forever. Heres to more snow for both of us in Western NY.

Re: Snowblowin\' pics

Please be very careful with snow piles that large. I know of accidents that have happened when the kids would fall through a crevice in the pile and get buried in the snow. Never let them play in the pile alone... I mention this not to ruin their fun, but to let you know that there is associated risk that needs to be assessed.
