Snowblower

I have a Kioti ck20 s and a 54" puma snowblower with a hydraulic shute rotater. The only question I have is when I am using the blower the hydraulic shute rotater will not work for at least 15 minutes of running the tractor ? Is this normal. I was thinking that the hydraulic oil in tractor maybe two heavy and takes that long to warm up. Once it starts to work it works great, but just takes so long before it rotate. Has anyone else come across this problem, on the warm days the shute will rotate upon start up of tractor but on those colder days, like I said it takes quite a while before it will engage. The bucket and the three point hitch will also move upon startup the only problem is the shute rotater cylynder.

Small hydraulic lines and cold weather = sluggish behavior. When you change hydraulic fluids you could go with synthetic to alleviate some of the problem.

Hi i live up north in N.B. Canada and i have the same probleme with my CK 35 and a Puma 64 snowblower but the hydro remote (a and B ) work good but i think the hydro remote ( C and D ) freeze i have to check that maybe put some WD 40 on the valve and the stick .......
