Does any one know of a company that makes a front mount snowblower to fit a 4110 or 2320? The 47" is to narrow for the tractor and I'm looking for something in the 55-56" size. I want to be able to use my front quick hitch and pto.

After talking to my John Deere Dealer, a couple of weeks ago, I got the impression that they will be unveiling a new blower next season that will be 50" wide, I too dislike having the 47" snowblower on my 2320. But have to admit that it does work well. I know that Kubota has a 50" front mount blower on their machine but you would have to adapt the mounts and driveshafts (sounds like a lot of work) I would talk to your JD dealer and see whats coming down the pipeline. Hey look at it this way, we are into January already. I guess that I would sit on it till the summer.

You are not the first and won't be the last to ask this question. The short answer id NO, there is nothing from JD ore any other company the will fit the bill.

While the 47" may seem small-it is a blowing monster! Some have fabricated wings on the side to extend the cutting width a little.

Yes, here is a picture that another member posted showing the wings he made for his 47" blower.

Yes I have heard that old story from Deere for three years. They said they were bringing new blowers for the twenty series. Nothing.

Erskine blowers do not use the existing front hitch or Front PTO.

And yes, I have made wings which while they help the problem, they pull the blower into the bank when the snow is hard.

The problem is Deere is still pushing an old blower that was introduced for the 425 gareden tractor and now they expect it to keep up with the 28 HP 2520

Any new blower needs to be at least 56" to properly clear the tractor tires.

:) So true. I wanted to buy a Deere, but did end up with a Kubota partly for that reason.
