Took off the loader and reattached the blower this afternoon to prep for our upcoming Noreaster! I had swapped them because I thought the blower season was over.

I'm ready and impatiently waiting. We've only had one major storm and I was out playing with the tractor in that for hours. Now they're talking somewhere between 7" and 24" here (forecasters can forecast their... well, you know). Can't wait to get out there again.

This will also be nice to send a shock to those who were craving spring all week when the temps were close to 60. Now it's back to reality for a few more days. Too bad this isn't happening on a weeknight when the possibility for a snowday (from school) would exist.

Well, I'm off to bed to dream about playing on my tractor tomorrow evening.

I'll believe it when I see it. They have been wrong so many times this winter for the SE part of NH. Even this storm was supposed to hit last night and now it will hit at noon??

Right now it is grey and overcast. With a little luck we may get some snow. It has been a dismal winter for us. Only had to plow the drive 3X this winter.

It is funny how different parts of the contry perceive snow. Here I sit wishing for some. Yesterday we had Japaneses colleagues in at work. They were all excited at the thoughts of snow. Today they are flying to NJ for meetings. The office in NJ was all a tizzy at the mention of snow. They had us re-schedule the flights and accomadations for our Japanese colleagues on the mere threat of snow. It was very unsettling for our visitors - first their well planned itinary is all messed up and second they pick up on the NJ folks sense of panic and so they become a little fearful themselves.

I will track the limos and flights to make sure they arrive safe. Then give them a call to see what they think of the snow.

The weather folks are forcasting 6-10 inches here in central Pa. My chains are still on and I am ready to rumble.;) Three days ago I was thinking about plowing the ground for my corn patches, now it's back to plowing snow.

Understandable.:) Have you ever driven in N.J. when it is dry? 80-90 mph weaving in and out of traffic is the norm. Add some snow to the mix and look out and just so you know here in S.J. it is pouring down rain but is expected to change to snow this evening.

They're saying 12-24" for us. And I sooo don't want it. Just spent the last 2 full days and $2,000+ fixing my logging road, oops, I mean drive way. I'm dreading the thought of trying to plow of use the FEL on it now. It's all rough and bumpy and chunked up. Absolutely horrible and trying to clear it will be a total bi&*h. Go away snow!!!

I remember back in '89 we had snow on May 1st to the tune of 10 inches. I never expect spring until then.

6-12 here expected in WNY. Almost feel bad saying that to you guys on the east coast.

I read this part of your thread last night and I thought it was a joke as I live only a few miles from you. Turned on the weather channel and, OMG this is really supposed to happen, looks like anywhere from 12 to 24 inches. Topped off the 5030 this mourning, told the wife to park in the upper garage, test fired the snowblower....bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
