I bought a Case 2670 with duals a few years ago to clear the lane into my place. It was a mile long and I couldn't keep on top of the drifting with my JD400 backhoe even with the snow pusher I built prevously. One section would drift 6 - 8' deep...
This was the answer until I got the new road built into my place...
I used a 12' Leon blade that I bought used and built the 4 way mount myself... including doing FEA on the mount, etc. The sad part is that since I built the new road into my place (it runs N-S), I dont really need the big machine for snow clearing anymore. Last year, I used it to clear my neighbors' out a few times...
