I tried to do a search, but this forum's search logic did not like my wording.

"The following words were not included in your search because they are too short, too long, or too common: 2, two, or, three"

This may have been asked before, but as my search would not work, here I go asking again.

Is there a list/place to search/find tractor makes/models which have 2 or 3 speed PTO's?

While my little Kubota B7300 luckily has a 2 speed PTO, trying to do a search to see what other potential makes/models have one as well is like finding a needle in a haystack.

While I really like my B7300, and would be hard pressed to replace it, it is quite limited at the PTO (about 12HP), and I have a potential need for nearly double the output 23-24PTO-HP.
Any ideas where there might be such a list/place?

I'm no expert, but I'll throw this out.

The midmount PTO on CUT and SCUT's use something like 2000 rpm, rear is 540. Only large ag type tractors have dual rear 1000 rpm and 540 rpm PTOs. Never heard of any with all three.

I don't know of a list, but my Kioti CK30 has a 540/1000 PTO and 23hp at PTO. You can get them pretty cheap and it's been good for me.

What do you use 1,000 for?

You are correct on posted RPMs.

My Branson has option for 540 or 960 on the rear PTO using the same 540 RPM shaft. I suspect the 960 is used in Europe or Asian countries.

In 960 both the rear and mid PTO operate

Long story short, the Winco PTO generator that I purchased 20+ years ago, turns out is 'larger' than what I thought I had purchased. (Just trust me...I have done my homework on this and confirmed with the OEM Mfg.) So, to get the full output of the genset, I would need a minimum of 23-24PTO-HP. Currently, the top output that I can hope to get with my B7300 is about 6KW. If I could find a good used unit with 23-24PTO-HP, I might consider upgrading.

As for the use of the 2 speed PTO, consider following the discussion that that I started a few years back, regarding gensets, in particular, my post about using the 2 speed PTO with the genset.

I'm not a BTO and I don't get around but in 2007 I bought a new Branson 6530 (65 HP) and it was the first tractor I saw with a PTO speed selector and it had 3 speeds. I owned a '79 JD 4230 at 100 HP and it had 2 replaceable shafts for the common RPM ratings but you had to physically get one out and the other one in.....not a big deal to to do that but the subject is small tractor and switch type selector (I'd guess).

The attachments that use/need different rear PTO speeds have different coupler splines, so they don't get mixed up.

My old Kubota B7100 HST had both a 540 and 1000 rpm selectable PTO.
I used to use 1000 rpm when doing light digging with the BH. Also used 1000 rpm with the PTO powered wood splitter. It let me use lower engine rpm to save fuel.

The output HP of your motor defines the HP available at the attachment, independent of the PTO shaft's rpm. Torque will change, but not the power rating. If matching PTO rpm with the attachment's rpm requirement is necessary, a remote step up or step down gearbox with the appropriate coupling type is all you need.
For example, I run a 540 Winpower PTO genny off of my 2000 rpm JD1435 diesel mower's PTO using a 3:1 reducer with the engine rpm adjusted accordingly to produce 60 Hz. output frequency (1640). But, the 24 HP motor limits me to 12 kW electricity, even if the mower's PTO was already 540 rpm.
