I have a Jinma 184, 18hp, does anyone know of a small hay rake to fit this small tractor. I only have 5 acres, and maybe a few more if I could rake it up.
Thanks.

I'm thinking I'll mow it, then disc it enough to knock down the high spots and fill in the low spots. Probably finish with a spike-tooth harrow. This will most likely rip things up real good, which will mean reseeding. Meanwhile, before I get to all that, I'll take some soil samples to be tested so I can see what kind of nutrients I need to add to the soil. Because of the location of the field (right next to a swamp) it'll be almost impossible to do any work on it in the spring, so I'm thinking of frost seeding in the late winter/early spring before the ground thaws.I thought it was amusing that at the end of that thread you asked about suggestions for easy ways to smooth out your field and suddenly no more responses. Did you ever figure out that little issue?
