Small cabbed SCUT with A/C?

Have a buddy looking for a small 25hp cabbed SCUT. Wants to buy new, MUST be cabbed, and he wants heat and air conditioner. He said the JD dealer told him none of the cabbed 25 hp SCUT's from any brand are available with air conditioning. Anyone know of one? He's just barely started looking, and wants to stay small, he only has a couple acres. Wants mid PTO to drive a front snow blower, FEL for some landscaping projects, maybe a box blade and/or landscape rake, etc.

kubota B2650 has AC, 26HP

The Yanmar YT235 is a really nice smaller cab tractor with heat, A/C, and mid PTO. However, it's 35hp and might be bigger than what you're buddy is looking for. Size wise, it sits in between a B and L series Kubota.

Our local town just purchased a Kubota B2650 HSTC with all the bells and whistles; only under 26 H.P.cabbed,with air unit in our area.Mostly going to be use for side-walk/snow removal with a sub-frame mounted front plow.Limited use in the summer but the air will be nice then.My son will be the primary operator.

The key to your question is the term "SCUT". There are add-on cabs available for SCUTs, but to my knowledge, they can be equipped with heat but none offer A/C. The B2650 others mention is a CUT, not a SCUT, but it's the smallest tractor available with fully integrated factory heat and A/C. Widely sold and a very nice setup, intended exactly for what your buddy needs.

There is kind of a fine line between what is a SCUT and a CUT. The dealer is correct, the cabs with ac and heat are CUT, although not that much bigger than a SCUT.
