Slip clutch to gearbox

pto to gearbox slip clutch won't slide on woods 20ft batwing, seems to be catching on something, need some advice

When you say wont slide, do you mean the PTO shaft itself will not telescope in and out? Or that the slip clutch isn't slipping?
