You know at the bottom of the bucket where the Big pin go's through the loader mount and the little pin and lock go's on. if i lift the loader and tilt the bucket all the way down. there is about a 3/16 gap between the bucket and loader mount. i can slide a 3/16 plate between it. I hate this free play. it makes the bucket loose when you lower it to the ground. throughs off your bucket level gage. am i the only one that dont like this free play? i know it needs a tad to get the pin out. but i think it is excessive. I been thinking about takeing a 3/16 plate and drill the hole for the Big pin and make it the size of the lower mount. and weld it to the bucket. and leave just enough room to get the pin out. so it will take up this slack....:)

This may be obvious, but are the small pins installed with the round side toward the bucket? If the flat side is toward the bucket, it allows some play, mine is considerably less than 3/16" -- I would say it is less than 1/32"

Yes Jeff , the flat side of the pin is faceing the bucket. i tried to turn it around. and on mine thay will not fit with the round side tward the bucket.
but you have given me a great idea. i could build up the flat side of the pin , by welding it up. and that would take the slop out of the fit....:)
