I am considering buying or renting a skid steer unit with a brush cutter on fron for clearing out a land line. What should I be looking for reelated to size and HP. I do not plan on cutting larg trees, bushes under 6 inches mostly

I guess you mean 6" tall? Or do you live in Texas, where everything is bigger, like a 6" diameter bush?

This is what I use now, the worlds greatest go anywhere, do anything machine, a Bobcat V417, and a 7' brush hog.

If you are going to rent, check with the dealers, most have rental machines. Then compare price with the rental companies.
