Don't forget, if you get stung, put some juice from an onion on it, and it will stop the pain almost immediately. Yeah, I was a skeptic and brushed it off as an old wive's tale until I tried it when a bumble bee got me in the palm of the hand.

But it seems you are on to something

I have used heat in the past. The sting toxin does not have very powerful molecular bonds. So it's fairly easy to take apart.
