side panels on 2015HST

Does anyone else with a 2015 HST have problems with the sidepanels to the engine slipping out at the top?
They're only held in at the top by two rubber fasteners which can easily slip up and off. It happens to me every hour or even less on both sides.

They have adjustments on them to make them tighter.
