should I buy?

I am considering an s650G Satoh with bucket, pto and 3 pt. The bucket won't lift the front end, the engine lugs down when turning and climbing a hill, and the clutch is so stiff it gives you cramps after a few minutes. Breaks are weak but hold on an incline. hydraulic lines are new, tires good to fair. The engine doesn't show any trace of burning oil. Could the clutch be a major issue? Would you give $2200 for the machine?

Nope --- parts are hard to find for that Mitsubishi and expensive.
