What are the dimensions and weight of "small"?

If size/weight is suitable to ship strapped to a pallet you can use any LTL (Less than truckload.) common carrier. They are listed in your telephone book.

A good idea would be to call your local freight depot, which will deal with multiple shippers. Your least expensive option, by one third, will be to receive the equipment at the freight depot rather than at your home or business.

If smaller, UPS or FEDEX.

New York to Maryland should be very high traffic.

You don't offer near enough information to allow opinions.

1. Physical size and weight?

2. Loose or palletized?

3. Does it contain gas or oil at all?

4. Hazardous materials ?

5. Value?

6. Pickup and delivery points ?


Each of these 5 issues makes very large differences in who would transpirt it and at what price ?

I had good luck with Fastenal . . But they only accept certain items etc..

Uship can get things moved cheaply if you are not in a hurry. Used it a few times with good experiences. Once was moving a 40k piece of equipment from South Carolina to Texas.
