I just bought a 1995 massy 6180 and it haveing shifting problems. It started out as c and d would slip under a load, but know c seems to be working fine but b and d slip. Also the clutch seems real tight like you can't slip it, it just grabs all of a sudden. Last year the tractor went back to the dealer and had the hydraulic pump and all the clutches replaced but it didn't seem to help.
