Shaver HD-8 Post Driver

I just purchased a Shaver HD-8 Post Driver at an auction. It needs new springs and spring holders and may require a few other parts not sure. Does anyone have manual for this driver in pdf format.

Whats wrong with the springs and holders. The springs just usually break at the top ends and you can just re form a hook below the break and do away with the holder. I have driven about 200 posts since i did this. Hasnt broken.

Hi Larry, there weren't any springs on the driver when I purchased it.

I ordered the springs from Kencove.com this morning. Much better prices than anywhere else - $27.50 each. I also called Shaver and they are sending me a operator's manual at no charge. Great people at both places. In a few days I hope to be able to post a few pictures of me using my new to me post driver. Steve
