I purchased my BX24 in February and had it delivered about 3 weeks later. I already received and submitted the survey from Kubota about the purchase experience. Just the other day I received another survey about the warranty service I received. The strange thing is that the supposed date of the warranty service is the same as my purchase date. That has me wondering if the dealer did something to it, then waited for someone to buy it and then submitted the warranty paperwork. Am I being paranoid? The only issue I've had that I've taken up with the dealer was the missing clevis pins for my 3pt hitch, but I didn't discover that until about 2 months after I bought it, so I don't think that is it. The only ongoing issue I've had with the tractor is that the tach/hour meter is sometimes completely blank when I turn the key to check hours, and stays blank for 5-20 minutes after the tractor is started. The temp guage doesn't work during that time either, but the idiot lights appear to function normally. If anyone has access to Kubota's database and would like to help me get to the bottom of this, please PM me and I'll give you my serial number. Thanks.
