Oil & Fuel service intetval confusion

i was mowing last night with the L3430 and the "service" indicator lamp popped up on the "intellipanel" display as I hit 150 hours. why does the intellipanel trip at 150 when the service intervals in the manual trip at 100 and 200?

My L5030 kicks on at every fifty hours as there are things to be done every fifty hours like grease some zerks, grease the front axle pivot, lube throttle cable etc.
