Semi Tires On Compact tractor

Has anyone put semi tires on your compact tractor? My Shibaura needs new rear tires size 9.5 /9-24 anyone know where I can get a set that will fit? I need a turf style tire.

Firestone makes a 9.5x24 turf tire. I imagine that so does Titan. I would think that any tractor/trailer tire that wasn't bald and would hold air would be as expensive as getting tractor tires. The old cubs and several series of JD compacts all used this size tire. (Cubs also used 8.5 x 24) Also, I know some larger JD FWA tractors use this size on the front and have seen them with turfs. Sometimes you can find them used listed under the tractors and not by the size.

I used to have a neighbor in the tire bussiness and he hooked me up with used but not terrible tires for my dump truck for only $60 a pop (mounted on rims) so it may be worth checking with a big rig tire shop, but a hard shouldered semi tire might dig in more than turf tires

I just put new fronts on my grey market mitsubishi 5-12. I went to a regional dealer Les Schwab. They had them in stock. The kid said they stock most tractor tires. Maybe your local dealer can help.

I believe I just saw a set of that size on Ebay today. They were on rims
Used but looked like a fair amount of tread left.

Is it a 2 wheel drive tractor ? If its a 4 wheel drive you wont get the aspect ratio correct and the axles will have a battle .
