Selling stuff on this forum--Are some prices real?

All: I'm a relatively new member here, and a pretty green tractor owner. I just listed my BX22 in the classifieds here and was looking at some of the other ads for price comparison. What's the deal with teddy12newton selling his "like new" 7500 4x4 HST with FEL and BH for $2700? Is this a real price, i.e., am I WAY over priced, or is this just another scam?

Thosw appear to be a scam. PM the owners of this site and I'll bet they go away.
