I have no rear remotes on my tractor. For now what i do for my chute on my blower i just unhook my bucket hoses " quick coupler" and hook up my chute. Its a pain in ***** for when i want to use my bucket. So i would like to hook up a selector valve to the bucket circuit and just select between my bucket and chute. So the question is what type of selector valve do i need and how do i hook it up? I also though of putting in a power beyond on my main valve and install a separate valve for the blower but i find the bit to expensive for the amount i would use it.

Thanks

Do a search here on TBN for the term "diverter", that will turn up many thread with link to help you decide. We sell an electric one, but being as your in Canada you may find one local and not have to pay the expensive shipping.

A one spool valve with PB is about the same priceas a diverter valve.

One thing you have to think about on a diverter valve is the the regen. You hae to use the tilt up port of the bucket.

Connecting a diverter is easy. The diverter valve has two IN ports, and two sets of OUT ports. Your bucket is the default mode.

What do you mean by the regen?

If you chute is hyd motor driven, a regen valve might give you trouble. Regen closes off one port to tank.

You should use a motor spool valve on a hyd motor, or a solenoid motor spool valve..

If the chute is cyl operated, then a tandem center valve can be used, or a solenoid valve..

If you add a valve to the loader, it should have PB to feed the next valve.

Ok got it. It's a motor so PB and single spool valve is the answer. I probably will put a double spool just in case for the future.

Thanks
