Seeding attachment for grains, cover crops and grasses in GREECE!

Hello to all!

I have a New Holland TD40F 80HP and will be needing to plant cover crop mixes such as peas and oats, fava and rye, vetch, as well as establishing perennial grasses. They will be established in between my lines of trees - I am setting up an agroforestry system.
I have 12 acres of terraced land with small rocks (I am clearing the any rock above 5-10cm). Seeds will need to be planted without major tilling, maybe only the top 5cm if I really have to. Im applying a no-till approach. I don't want to invest in various machines due to the size of the land.

If I could I would buy a no till drill, but this is out of my budget. I've been looking at grain drills with cultipackers, grass drills, drop seeders followed by cultipackers. There are many old models here but many are rusted and I'm all around a bit confused if they will do well in rocky land and with organic debris.

What is the most appropriate solution for me? Thanks a million

I would purchase a small Vicon pendulum spreader and small three point hitch two row disc harrow to cover the seed.

The soil on my 10-acre ranch is fairly rocky. And like you I cleared the larger rocks off the hayfield before planting.
I bought two old Minneapolis Moline P3-6 grain drills (10 feet wide, 20 drops, single disc openers) from a neighbor for $270.
I used parts from both to make one working drill.
The topsoil is thin so I used an offset disc with a tire drag to till the top 4 inches of soil. I planted Kanota oats.
