1/2 an hour after delivery I was stuck in my new machine..
Tractor had it out in no time and the rest of the day was spent hauling gravel and mowing enjoying the radio and air conditioning..
Most impressed by strength of bucket, dump body, very little sag on the new suspension with a full load in bed, trucks down the road at just under 20mph, crad steer is amazing with mower on lawn it made less skid marks than my Exmark zero turn, easy hook up of hydraulics and of course great visibility with mower

Yeah, the downside of 4X4 is worse stucks. Did you try the loader curl trick for getting out? Nice looking rig!

Fortunately I was stuck close to the tractor barn and with that load I would of had to dump it to get out..
I should mention the lows so far
Tail gate is a joke with small handles that you can not pull back with a load of gravel ... stones gets stuck in the crack when I try to open the gate..plan to modify both if Bobcat ignores me..
Finish mower is rubbing on it's back plate? appears to be a to thin a space for the up and down slot,,,will ask for a new mower when the salesmen comes by
The satellite radio I had installed used big speakers on front of seat base and I am hitting it when I get in and out,,plan to get some good flush mounted one's for the ceiling
Unit arrived with fuel light on and chalk still on windows on a 46 grand sale?

yes, the biggest downside to the tc for me is decreased traction/ground clearance with the small tires. it is what we give up for excellent turning radius and less wear on the driving surface. i would be interested in more ground clearance.

I used loader curl a lot on my Deere when I got stuck, but the Toolcat doesn't curl down enough to get a bite to pull you forward . One of the disappointments for me. But I still love my 'C'. :D

The ToolCat is incredibly versatile and does lots of jobs around here but as you say the machine's biggest limitation is traction and ground clearance. It seems like I mostly get stuck mowing-- I've become pretty good at using the boom and mower for leverage to help push myself out-- but it didn't help me last week. Check out the photos:

Getting stuck with an all wheel drive/steer is not good. Since Toolcat is going the way of the utility truck, they might as well change the tires from skid steer to utility. One sacrifice will be the low center of gravity. The ideal combination are Mattracks. Tightwads need not apply ($25k).

This has happened to me with a Bobcat. had to load it up and go to fuel station just to try it out.

Sounds like your sales guy wasn't too appreciative on this occasion.
