Here comes fall (autumn), the end of the mowing season.
Are there seasonal "clearance sales" on mowers, say after labor day ?
I have the same question on tillers, but suspect that would come much later, when everyone has turned their residue under for the winter.

TSC has already started clearing out their tillers. I got mine for 20% off. It probably depends on the amount of surplus merchandise.

I know some people here think KK is junk, but a 4ft tiller for 900 aint too shabby, 5ft went for about 1200. Thats what I saw them being sold for at a TSC near me.

It was a 5', so $1100. The 4'ers were $1000. Note these were the geared tillers, not the chain drive ones. KK makes 2 4' tillers, from what I understand, the KKII one is much more superior. There are a lot of recent threads in the forums about tillers already.
