Sears Suburban 1968-1978 Garden Tractors,Plows, attachments and parts for Sale

I have several (6-8) Sears Suburban Garden Tractors ~1968-1978 years, 8hp to 16hp. Have scrapes, drag harrows, disc harrows, mouldboard turning plows, middle busters, scarafiers, etc. Many many parts that I need to sell. I am many years past retirement, old, and unable to garden and get any benefit from these anymore. How can I sell them ??

The only bad thing about Marketplace is that when you list things on there you have to deal with the onslaught of stupid and inconsiderate people with no common sense. They'll offer you 60% less than the list price, offer to trade you junk, and generally annoy you to death. I'm not sure an elderly person would want to deal with that. Heck I'm in my 40s and it drives me nuts.

Perhaps contact your local auctioneer and he can lead you in a good direction to sell your collection fairly and without hassle.

Find a garden tractors collector's association or two and advertise to their members.

I find CL to be worse myself. Why, when I sell a piece of equipment or am looking to buy, I use Sandhills, Tractor House.

Do you still have the sears stuff for sale? If so where are you located?

Are there any Consignment Auctioneers in your area?
They will take your stuff and when they have enough other peoples stuff they will advertise and have an auction, and mail you a check.

A buddy of mine did that for several successful years.
