Sealing concrete barn floor

I would like to seal the concrete floor of a 12x12 tack room floor to keep the moisture in the room low. It's a floating slab in a 1-year old pole barn. Any thoughts on what to use?

On my commercial project we use PROSOCO, Inc. It's not cheap, but it lasts for years. I have one warehouse that it has been on the floor for 18 years with heavy fork lift use and is still functional.

anything but Rustolium Products, no luck with them at all... pure junk any little drip or drop of fuel, oil brake fluid it bubbles and peels up and gets slick as heck. much of my floor I put days of work into 2 months after setup and anything heavy parked on it peels up stain and sealer alike..

We sealed the floor of our 30x40 pole barn a few months ago. Used this from Home Depot:

BEHR Premium 1-Gal. #902 Slate Gray 1-Part Epoxy Concrete and Garage Floor Paint-90201 at The Home Depot

So far has held up well to traffic from the tractor and UTVs. A little bit of oil spilled on it wiped right up without any discoloration.

Look for U Coat It systems very good do it yourself product, many colors and adding chips will create a custom floor
