I have a issue with what I believe is a fuel problem. It seems to be getting to much fuel in the cylinder. It starts right up and runs great but there is a black soot mixed with diesel coming out of the exhaust that gets all over the tractor. I am a new owner of tractor so don't know the past history. I noticed on the injector pump it looks like someone might of unscrewed the thing that sits in front of the throttle rod about a 1/4 inch because I can the shinny threads. I don't know if an injector pump controls how much fuel is delivered to the cylinder or not. I will attach a photo of the pump. Thanks
