I think I got a pretty good deal....
Originally, I was looking at a Land Pride RTR1550 rotary tiller, their top end, in the fifty inch.
I called, today, to make an offer and was told it sold, a few days ago. They made me another offer. They took a BX2370 in on trade with a bunch of extras. One of those was a Land Pride RTR0550. At first, I was not interested, as I wanted the heavier duty tiller with offset capabilities. However, the price made me interested: $700. I asked for pictures, which were quickly sent:

To me, it looked fantastic!! Is it as well built as the 15-series, no, but it's three quarters as good for less than half the price. I couldn't pass it up. I immediately called and told them I would be there, to pick it up, after a 100 mile drive. They said other items were traded, and for sale. I presumed it was the grapple and the snow blower, pictured. It was.
When I got there, the RTR0550 looked great. It came with a slip clutch and was originally sold in late 2012. There are a couple of little bangs, but nothing to worry about (looks better than some "new" tillers I've seen on other lots). For sure, I wanted that, for $700.
The grapple was the Land Pride SCG0548, in excellent condition. It, too, was offered for $700. I don't know how much they usually go for, but it seemed like a fair price. Someone let me know how I did here, please. I got it and will have to figure out how to get a third function installed. The grapple didn't come with one and they didn't want to take it off the traded BX, which was understandable as it looked pretty in-depth to remove/install.
This brings us to the snow blower. It's a Kubota BX2750D. The previous owner installed an electric motor and lifter for the chute to rotate and aim higher/lower. It has some small rust spots, on the bottom (where it drug the ground), on the circle where the blades move the snow, and on the unpainted metal at the base of the chute. Other than that, it looks pretty much new. Again, this was $700.
For $2,100 (not counting taxes, etc), I got all three items. If I can get the third function going, and get some **** snow, next winter, I will be ready to rock and roll. I already have a few jobs lined up, for the tiller, which was what started this whole thing.
