What is your use? I bought a bunch of the real heavy duty stuff, but mainly for outside work and taller. Otherwise probably all stolen IP made in China.

Residential, soft(ish) ground. Alongside a garage, house or in my shed. But I can rig them up to sit on planks for more stability.

Went ahead and ordered two from TSC so that I can set them side by side, giving me a 4' width. They matched the NT sale price so I didn't have to drive the extra 60+ miles.

Maybe this will help persuade you. With HF always google the SKU number for a coupon. Just about always out there.

Yeah, I saw that, but NT had theirs on sale for $148 with a special gift card promo, ($50 card with a $250 order). TSC matched the $148 price, but not the promo. Works out since I don't have to make the longer drive and burn more fuel.

I would guess they are all pretty much the same. Looks like the harbor freight one is rated at 900 and the other two at 1,000. I have a set I bought at Home Depot that looks just like the above. Weight limit says 1,000 pounds. It might hold 1,000 pounds, but it better be spread evenly. It has worked for what I needed. I weigh around 200 and the platform is a bit springy. They say they are stackable but not sure how comfortable I would be with that either. This type of scaffold is a lot lighter than the commercial stuff I've used. But, a lot easier to put up and store.

I've bought some used construction scaffolding off fb marketplace, I got a smoking deal on a set of 2 with 3 ten foot planks, levelers and wheels. I need to pickup a couple more sets of crossbraces and then I can have 30 feet of scaffolding set up to paint house. My wife does not mind doing the painting, but she does not do well getting up and down ladders a bunch. I set up one section with just 10' plank and she loved it. I only paid $200 or $300 (don't remember now).. a new 10' plank was that much.

Not a bad deal. If you are stacking, you might want to look at making some outriggers or strapping it to the building. It seems they may be a little tipsy 2 high.

I bought a JLG 45 foot bucket lift years back. One of the best investments. The safety and convenience you can't beat. But you need to have a lot of projects to justify it which I do.

You say that now...…

If you make solid feet instead of the rollers might help too. Some round tube and some plates so it wont wander when you are up there.
