I got my s370 about 2 months ago from a friend. The water pump went out and instead of replacing it he just let it sit. I paid $200 for it and have been getting parts here and there. This forum has been a great help so I thought I would post some findings. I have a great deal of work to put into it. Before investing too much in it I wanted to see how well it ran. With some new wiring and a borrowed battery I was able to get it to crank and run and it sounded great. I got a fuel filter, oil filter, fuel line from autozone. I'm waiting presently for the replacement water pump. As for a replacement radiator I have found one from a 1994 honda civic may be a suitable replacement. At the moment I am going to try an old radiator from an 87 Kawasaki motorcycle. It fits in the factory bracket that was originally soldered to the original radiator which is too far gone to use. Everything mechanically seems to function. I have changed to oil and filter and checked the rocker to ensure they are getting oil. Now with a push of a button the glow plugs warm the cylinders and it cranks with ease. I still have a way to go but I have made a lot of progress. I may see if the alternator from my 92 mercury Capri will fit as a replacement as it is a one wire alt. more updates to come.
