Satoh S-550G tractor value?

Any ideas on the value of a Satoh S-550G tractor (17HP/2300rpm) with 698 hours on it. It isn't currently running. We inherited it this way, so we're not sure what it would take to get it running. But I'd rather just sell it as is. It also has a blackhawk pulling snowplow.

Any ideas on a reasonable price to ask to get rid of this thing via my local classified ads?

I'm open to any opionions.
