On any cylinder, Adjust the intake when the exaust starts to open. Adjust the exaust when the intake starts to close.

Hi i have a 25 hp s 650 in great shape everthing works well except the carb has issuse any one have one, the rebuild kit i bought for 86 .00 is non returnable and the needle and seat were wrong as well as the acc pump 203 733 7912 joe thanks i well sell it if anyone is intrestedjoezgto@sbcglobal.net
