The Jaguar 95 as with others in the series has a separate Hydraulic Reservoir ... The Pump is connected via suction and pressure lines back to the Reservoir and Also by a rod that oscillates left to right ... and is connected to the pump and also to a distribution Valve on the Suction line from the Reservoir /
In this case the Rod we found was disconnected as it entered the Reservoir casting ... Ie the the collar that joins the two halves of the rods was fine at one end but the end with the Grub Screw was totally disconnected ... Had a brazing repair which was ineffective ...
In the Mean time the Hydraulics some times works some times not all or works and then stops ...
Has any one had any Experience with Same Tractor Hydraulics systems This Machine was produced from about 1982 on wards ... I have a Workshop manual on order but may be some time before it arrives .. The system is relatively basic but when working works very well ...
Any helpful thoughts appreciated ..
