I doubt you can afford it... The vac part will only work well if blowing into a dump truck or trailer of some sort requiring a second vehicle.
Weren't you inquiring about the Bearcat PTO version a while back? I've been using mine a bunch the past couple weeks. It is really satisfying when things just work.

I still looking, I came across this and thought WOW, but as you noted I'm sure it cost a fortune. That's why I was asking...I probably will end up with the Bearcat but heck you can't blame a guy for dreaming!
