Price Check Sales Tax Exempt for Clean and Green??

I live in Pennsylvania and have heard rumors that if your property is in clean and green you are sales tax exempt for some equipment to maintain your "farm". Does anyone know if this is true????? Any info would be appreciated!!!!

we have sold equipment tax exempt under that program before, however the burdon is on YOU to make sure that your making that claim properly, not on the retailer... so don't trust anything that a retailer tells you (like me) because we don't know your situation, an accountant really should help you with this.

Can't help you with the tax exemption, but to qualify for Clean and Green, you need a minimum acreage. Can't recall the exact amount, but it's in excess of 10 acres, undeveloped.

Geez....maybe we can set up a secondary market for clean and green.....and sell dirivitives or "shares" of these like carbon credits. :laughing::laughing: What is next?
