Sale of Curtis Plow

I purchased a new 6' hydro-turn Curtis plow that was delivered in March last year and fitted to my TC29D. When I traded for the Kubota 2910, all that was required to fit it to that machine was to re-position the outer plates about an inch closer to the outside of the push bar. With a longer mounting pin, it now will fit either machine. I purchased a new truck last month and will possibly be buying a plow for it. I would like to sell the Curtis loader blade and would like and opinion as to what I should ask for it. Since it has always been in my garage and used perhaps four times, it looks like it was just delivered, not a mark on it. I was thinking of asking around $1400.00 but it is not a good time to sell one. I have to move on the truck plow as it is a dealer clearance. Perhaps I should wait until November, I don't know /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif.

I just bought a 5' Curtis blade this past November with Hydro turn. Had to buy aux. valve for left and right function. After mounting and buying hoses I would say your asking price is a fair one if it is like new condition. However I would wait until fall if you don't need the money.

Thats a fair price your asking for the plow,and I wish I needed a plow.

Just about Thanksgiving time people have plows are getting them repair or purchasing plows..get that feeling in the air or the first small snow storm good time to sell.

Yep, I just purchased the truck plow, they are mounting it now. I'll throw an ad in the local paper and if it doesn't sell, wait until fall when thoughts turn to shoveling again.
