Safety Caution - Don't Do This at Home

From recent experience, when power trimming or weed-eating an overgrown area known to be a breeding ground for bumble bee and yellow jacket nesting sites do not, I repeat, DO NOT leave your cell phone on vibrate.

I had no idea what it was that had ahold of me but it WOUNDN’T LET GO.

I think I screamed like a schoolgirl!

Working alone has the advantage of nobody hearing you embarrass yourself.

HAHAHAHA I have done the exact same thing. When it was over, I had to look around and make sure noone saw me. hahaha

Once I was wiring up a light-left it all hot just 'cause. Vibrate...

This kinda reminds me of a guy I used to work with, Gary. I used to install and service sound systems, He came back from a job where he had to replace a bunch of components that where fried from lightning. Anyway, ol Garry was up straddling this speaker frame up in this ceiling and he could hear a storm brewing outside, he only had a couple more speakers to service, so he pressed on. The storm kept brewing, and he started to hear thunder. Now you have to understand, he is 50 to 60 feet in the air, with only some speakers, a unistrut frame and some grill cloth between him and nothing. He started to feel this sensation come over him and he about sh#t himself, it was his PAGER! We razzed him about that for years!

One other tidbit of knowledge to bestow..... you can't outrun the (#$*^!@) thing attached to your belt either.... I know. I tried.

It is funny looking back but it wasn't so much at the time.

My cell phone usually rides around in a belt clip. One day I forgot the belt clip so I just put the phone in my front pocket.

Driving along by myself it starts vibrating and it scared me so bad that I jumped and started slapping at my leg. (all the time wondering how a snake had gotten into the car.)

Thankfully nobody saw me.
