S650g governor-anyone ever rebuild one?

Mine doesn't seem to be frozen,it just doesn't do anything?Anyone rebuilt one or had one rebuilt somewhere?

Scott, I no longer have my 650G, but it seems there was an adjustment of the sensitivity. I seem to recall that there was a nut on a threaded shaft that by changing the position greatly effected how much the govenor responded. You may wish to try to figure out if it just needs to be adjusted before ripping it apart.
