Looking for suggestions. I have an S185 that started shutting down randomly last year. When it shuts down it is as if a key is turned off. Unlike other problems I've read about, this skid steer fires right up after it stops. Even more curiously is that since I started trying to troubleshoot the problem I have found that it is consistently running for about 2 minutes, then shutting off. We just tried replacing the fuel shutoff solenoid with a brand new one but the machine still ran for 2 minutes and shuts off. This unit has the electronic control panels in the cab (no key). When it shuts off the control panels go dead. One possible clue is that the left panel that has the gauges and hour meter appears to have moisture inside - the hour meter LCD is clouded over and unreadable. If I remove that panel will the machine still run? Do I need to jumper one or more of the connectors in order to bypass something? Any thoughts appreciated.
