If that was my equipment that kid would be at the bottom of a very deep hole dug by the same excavator he did the damage with.

I simply could not watch the loader battle! Seeing pedestrians and bikers fly in the air doesn't bother me a bit! A firing squad would be too quick and painless for those loader operators.
