I took my deck off my RTZ and brought it home for bearing replacement in the mower spindles. I noticed one getting noisy last spring. They are standard bearings 6204LLU's. I changed them all as they were very easy coming out, actually a couple were too easy, so I loctited them around the outside housing as this was where most of the play was. My mower doesn't have the square hole (pic#1) for taking the tension off the drive belt so I made myself a tool (pic#2 & 3)for relieving the tension. I haven't gotten it back to the cottage to try yet. Thirdly, as you can see in the pictures 4 & 5 is what I think of the deck wash feature. Just a few pictures for future reference. I will cut that bolt off, just having got to it yet, wife has me renovating 3/4's of the house, crack filling, painting, flooring, new cupboards, toilets, trim, etc...
