is the curtis plow from kubota a heavy duty plow and does the 900 have enough power to push it??

Yes it does have more then enough power to push a 72" blade as well as the traction to do it.

We just did a RTV1100 with a blizzard blade and we ran into a problem with the low ground clearence of the blade and had to add a lift kit.

It would push a full blade in two wheel drive angled! We also have a used 900 from the sale of the 1100 and we have been amazed at what it will push!

I have an RTV900 with a front mount blade. I bought it new in 2004 so it is one of the very early units built. The only thing the plow is used for is snow removal. The quick attach makes it easy to get it on and off when it is needed. It is just a touch of the button on the dash to raise or lower it. The side angle change is a manual adjustment. Our driveway is .4 mile long and I could not be happier with this unit. We live in NE Indiana and do get significant snow falls. I wish I had a cab in the winter but get by with a roof and windshield. Bottom line is the RTV900 makes a great snow plow.
