After three plowing seasons, the front bumper of my X900 snapped on one side and the other side is cracked. It is not a weld failure - the steel tubing sheared off. I had them welded by a pro as I don't trust my welding skills on such thin tubing and a crucial point. I plow almost two miles of dirt road so I really needed the repair to be the best. The welder was reluctant to reinforce the joint as he said he would rather have this area to be the weak point rather than translating the forces further up into the frame. The Boss V-plow I have is made and sold for the RTV, but it is heavy.
