RTV 500 Brake Squeeling

Only 30 hrs. Checked for mud, dirt etc. seems the the return springs on the rear brakes are not letting the cams to return ??????? Parking brake may need adjustment?

It rolls free when you push it by hand, but you can hear the rear brakes "dragging".
At low speed while driving forward or reverse, the rear brakes make noise.

probably needs a little adjustment....I honestly hardly ever use the brakes....the engine braking works so well I wonder why they put such a good braking system on the 500....Do u have the rattle i reported on the other thread....its my only complaint so far.

Probably rust on the rotors...Mine did the same thing...coast down a long hill in neutral then start riding the brakes to clean them off..Worked for me

I have a Kubota RTV 400xi and my brakes seem to be doing the same thing, i have taken the brakes apart and cleaned and there seems to be wearing out the disc, also when i first start off after i put it in gear it jumps really bad like the brakes won't let the wheels release. What can I adjust to fix this problem?

The parking brake seem to hold the machine until place sprayer in the box now it does not hold trying adjusting and nothing happened yet plenty of pad. Any ideas?

Just got my 400 and it had the squeal. Emergency brake only moved about 3 or 4 clicks till full lock up. I adjusted cable until I could get 5 or 6 clicks and the brake drag seemed to go away. I confirmed this with wheel off the ground. E brake calls for tightening/adjustment at 8 clicks.
