RTV 500 Accessories

I just purchased a Kubota RTV 500 and I am trying to find accessories/price on line. It seems that this machine is too new for accessories, all I find are items for the RTV 900 & 1100.

I had it out 1st day t'ill dark, only downside, needs dash and back-up lights.

I also just bought a Kubota 500 ATV. It seems there still aren't lots of accessories on the market. I am specifically looking for a front brush guard, and maybe a bed liner. Anyone know of any places to shop online? I have googled and don't come up with much for this model.

RussMann, Check Cabelas for some of the items you are looking for. I also recommend a rubber stall mat for the bed of your RTV 500. I just put one in mine yesterday and it has helped in lowering the noise besides not having anything move around. I bought mine at Tractor Supply Co. for $34.00 and change. I cut it to fit with a hand jig saw, and have it where when you dump the box it stays in place.

I measured the seat and seat back on the 900 and they seem to be the same
as on my 500. Before I order, I am going to measure once more. Would like to get some neoprene seat covers.Been looking for a brush guard,too. Will look at Dixiedog's suggestion.

I think the Kubota OEM version brush guard is around $200 if memory serves. It's pretty well built. I'd go with that before I went aftermarket.

This might be a stupid question but...How do all you guys finance all your implements? I know if you have the money you pay cash. I wanted to buy a new plow for my rtv900, I thought you could finance one through Kubota. He's telling me they only have 6 months same as cash. Whats this then...

I financed my plow at purchase ...Was rolled into the purchase price. maybe they didn't care since I put over 50% down.

By the looks of what you're showing, none of those deals is all that bad...Not that long ago you'd pay 13+% for anything like this. Implements are pretty high risk things for the finance company to lend on.

Given the price of the plow, I'd go very short term with the lowest interest rate.

$100 per month and it's yours in a couple of years.

The mat in the bed of the UTV is a good idea - I will a stall mat from Tractor Supply and cut to size.

Cabelas does have a decent selection of accessories, but more for Polaris than Kubota.

i ordered the Kubota brush guard yesterday from Messicks - very helpful group up there.

Who has the cab enclosure for their RTV 500 - and do you like it?? I was thinking of getting the full vinyl enclosure but hopefully I won't get tired of going in/out of the zipper doors.

When I had mine, I had the Kubota roof and glass windshield. Found an aftermaket poly rear screen...no doors, but it sure helped alot in the winter.
