RTV 1120D 2014 transmission case crack

Has anyone experienced their transmission case cracking on the HST side ?
Have a 2" crack ( along with other hairline cracks in area) on the top side of case, only noticed after topping off
Transmission fluid. To me it looks like a bad casting from the factory, you can see other cracks starting to form.
The machine has 160 hrs of light use , and no impact has happened to the underside.
Any thoughts would be appreciated .

I would take it back to the dealer or at the very least get some good pictures and take them to the dealer and see what they say. Even if it's out of warranty, it should not do that....ever. I had a GR 2100 that had all kinds of problems with the hydrostatic transmission, it had about 400 hours on it. It was like a 2008 model and I took it back in 2012. They ended up rebuilding the entire tranny because that model had know design flaws. Maybe the same is true with yours? All it's gonna cost you is a little bit of time and a few pictures to find out.......
